MEGAN ELLIOTT — The Booked Out Year Virtual Summit

Virtual Summit Promo Graphics

Megan had already hosted a successful virtual summit for online service providers — copywriters, social media managers, designers, virtual assistants, and small agency owners from all around the world. She knew her event was good. She knew her audience. And she knew exactly what she wanted her graphics to do — stop the scroll, create instant excitement, and make every speaker, affiliate, and potential attendee feel like this was the event they absolutely could not miss.

What she needed was someone who already understood the vibe of her event — and could take her visuals from good to genuinely unforgettable.

Project scope:

20 custom launch and promo graphics including banners, Instagram posts, carousels, and  Stories to promote the summit.

Kind words

From client

"The event already feels 10x more polished than it did last year."

I have GORGEOUS promo graphics that I get to share with my speakers and affiliates a WHOLE MONTH ahead of our event and that delights me to no end!!! The event already feels 10x more polished than it did last year, which I know for sure is going to contribute to its success. Your SKILL — you are so, so good at what you do. But I also really appreciate your constant communication and a really streamlined onboarding process.

The Before

The After

Same great summit. Now with graphics that actually do it justice.

When Megan first reached out, she was honest about what wasn’t working. Her previous graphics felt generic — text-heavy, a little blah, and not doing enough to stop someone mid-scroll and make them think I cannot miss this. For an event built around helping service providers book out their year, the irony of graphics that blended into the feed wasn’t lost on her. She had an eye for design herself, but knew there were details she was missing — details that could take everything to the next level. And with a summit to run, speakers to manage, and a course launch to prepare, she simply didn’t have the time to be a perfectionist about it.

Once the new graphics were delivered — a full suite of 20 custom assets, ready a whole month before the event — everything felt different. The visuals finally matched the quality of the event itself, giving speakers and affiliates something they were genuinely proud to share, and giving Megan the confidence that her registration page alone would make people think this is going to be so good.
